Esther was a beautiful soul who enjoyed her life, fellowship and family. She was the beloved mother to Aaron, Nathaniel, Clint and Lindy Moore. A wonderful and inspiring grandmother to Dionne and Dorian McClean and Kyle Aaron Walker.
A proud and blessed great-grandmother to three beautiful children Kedara, Deshea and Jalyka.
Esther was also blessed with eight siblings, three brothers, Alfred, Anthony, Douglas, and five sisters, Eileen, Geraldine, SanSan, Sonia and Marva Moore whom she cherished individually and fondly.
Absolutely treasured sister to adopted siblings Alfred, Aldane, Kirk and Riccardo Bynoe.
Esther shared a very special bond with her overseas family Scot, Bobby and Sandy Walker whom she loved dearly and enjoyed her conversations catching up with them.
She leaves behind her adored husband of 28 years Henderson Cumberbatch , a very special and caring daughter-in-law Carolyn Moore, her beloved family and treasured friends.
A devoted Jehovah’s Witness, Esther was graced with love, and abundantly admired by her fellow brethren for her steadfast commitment to practicing and implementing the knowledge, principles and laws as of Jehovah’s word.
Esther lived a well accomplished life and was especially proud and affectionately devoted to her children. She energetically embraced her full-time pioneering work and enthusiasm and great success, as practiced in her Christian faith.
She enjoyed traveling, meeting new friends, and learning about other cultures. A fashionista in her own right, she was once a model, always stylishly dressed from head to toe, with an eye for beauty she made jewelry and loved to wear makeup. Esther was immensely proud of winning a local talent and beauty pageant contest in 1962, a remarkable achievement in the local country’s pageant history.
With earthly grace and faith, we her family and friends accept her passing, acknowledging the impact she had on many people, both near and distant. The love and affection she exuded were immeasurably strong, whether through her gorgeous smile or a warm comforting hug, her love was easily matched and mutually appreciated.
In farewell, she is now resting comfortably with her heavenly father Jehovah God. As we remember Esther, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, wife, friend and faithful devout Christian let us affectionately recall her gorgeous smile, love of life, good natured attitude calm spirit, humor, kindness, compassion, courage, optimism, fashion sense and the lasting impact of our unique and personal relationships with her.
A very special and heartfelt thank you to Scot, Bobby and Sandy Walker, Kelli and Shannon Ferrell and Carol Woodard and family for all your loving kindness, friendship and support!
